Data Analyst- BI Developer
Redmond, WA and other unanticipated client locations throughout USA
Summary of Position:
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions based on business requirements. Shall work under supervision to design and customize software for client use. Create pipelines, flows and dashboards and convert weekly PowerPoint presentation to automatic Power BI report. Gather data from various sources such as databases, APIs, and flat files. Integrate data from disparate sources into a unified data warehouse or data lake. Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Transform raw data into a usable format for analysis and reporting. Develop business intelligence solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Interpret findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases. Use programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation. Monitor BI solutions for performance issues and bottlenecks. Optimize queries, data models, and visualizations for improved efficiency.
Must be willing to travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the USA at company paid expenses.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
Require Master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Information Science/Systems or related field with relevant work experience for at least 1 year. Relevant work experience is required using Power BI, Tableau, MS SQL.

Data Architect
Redmond, WA and other unanticipated client locations throughout USA
Summary of Position:
Development, creation, and modification of computer applications software or specialized utility programs in Business Analytics. Data model to support common use cases, including data science and machine learning (ML), and the key challenges each presents. Design and implement robust data architectures that align with our company's strategic vision. Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, developing scalable data models, and ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of databases. Integrate data solutions into cloud-based environments, optimizing data storage and retrieval processes, and implementing best practices for data management. Design patterns to optimize compute and storage in multi-tenant data applications, including advice on when to pool or isolate resources for tenants. Build data pipelines for data ingestion, including the tradeoffs between ETL and ELT. Create best practices for sharing data securely with customers and partners, including a review of the sharing-by-reference and sharing-by-copy mode. Determine the requirements for a new database, Data Model, Table design. Publish and/or present design reports. Identify areas for improvement in current systems. Audit database regularly to maintain quality. Create systems to keep data secure.
Must be willing to travel to unanticipated client locations through USA at company paid expenses.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
Require Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (CS/IS/IT) or related field with relevant work experience for at least 2 years. In the alternate, in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree, will accept an equivalent combination of education and work experience (with at least 3 yrs of college level education) that is equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (CS/IS/IT) or related field.
Relevant work experience is required using VB, .Net, Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI.
